The all prices of our products shown on our website include VAT, but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due if relevant. Please be noted that the delivery costs may vary depending on the location of where you have ordered the products to be delivered, or the size of the order.
Despite our best efforts, some of the products shown on our website may be incorrectly priced. Prices will be verified and confirmed in the process of preparing shipment to your orders, and we would notify you should there be any cases of mispricing to confirm whether you would like us to continue your order under the correct price. However, we are under no obligation to sell our products to you at the incorrect price, even after a Confirmation email has been sent to you, should the pricing error be obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you.
Payments on our Website
Our products and items are available in the local currencies (UK : British Pounds andFR : Euros) and do not provide a multi-currency payment choice.
However, if you choose to pay for your Order using a payment card with a currency denominated account that is different from the currency you are paying in, your payment card will be charged in the payment currency at the foreign exchange rate applied by your relevant payment card provider or bank at the time of processing your Order. Your international payment card provider or bank will determine the foreign exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

Expected delivery time is provided as an approximate. Deliveries will be made to the address which you have given in your orders. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you, or the receiver at the address you have given in your order. Once the goods have been delivered to you, or the receiver you have stated in your order, they will be held at your own risk, or the risk of the receiver you have stated in your order, and we will not be liable for their loss.
